We’re happy to help you stock authentic Swedish sweets for your business.
Before You Order
We ship our products directly from Sweden with trackable delivery via PostNord or UPS, which is handed over to USPS or UPS once the shipment leaves Sweden.
Estimated delivery time: 5–10 business days (shipping times may vary depending on your location).
If a package is too large to fit in your mailbox, you will receive a notification and need to collect it from a designated service point.
If an item is unexpectedly out of stock, we will inform you and propose a new delivery time. If the item is no longer available, we will contact you regarding your order. If you do not accept the new delivery time, you have the right to cancel your purchase.
Please note: We do not accept returns.
Shipping & Product Condition
We do our best to protect all products during shipping. However, we are not responsible for chocolate melting or product damage caused by temperature changes during transit.
We do not offer special packaging or cooling materials to prevent this.
If your package arrives damaged or any products are harmed during shipping, please contact us. Reporting such issues helps us improve our shipping process and find the best possible solution for you.
Shipping cost: 100 SEK 10 USD
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges. All candy is considered a perishable item and cannot be restocked or resold once it has left our facility.
Please make sure to review your order carefully before completing your purchase. If your package arrives damaged or there is an issue with your order, please contact us at info.swedisweets@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery. We will do our best to help resolve the issue.

Customs & Duties
Before placing an order, please check for any import restrictions in your country.
Make sure your delivery address is correct – we are not responsible for incorrectly provided addresses.
Buyers are responsible for any customs duties, fees, and taxes that may apply upon delivery. For now we will pay for customs duties and fees to USA.
